How does your machine behave with regard to specified quality requirements? In order to meet production specifications, it is important to identify external influences or interferences that occur. The aim is to detect undesirable influences as early as possible in order to correct them as quickly as possible and ensure compliance with your quality targets. Our machine capability analysis supports you in this.
To what extent do your machines work within the specified tolerance range? With innovative technology, we analyze your manufactured workpieces and thus strengthen your constant productivity.
In the run-up to a production start, it is important to prove your machine capability - with the help of our industrial computed tomography. Using random samples of your manufactured components, we measure the outer and inner surfaces of your manufactured products in a non-contact and non-destructive manner. These provide information as to whether your manufacturing plant is producing in the required product quality. The measured data is statistically evaluated.
The evaluation of your data provides valuable insights that you can use to make the right decisions to optimize your products.
In general, there are two different key figures that provide information on machine capability: Cm and Cmk. These are calculated via mean value in standard deviation of the measurement series.
In addition, there are requirements for process capability, the indices of which are evaluated in Cp and Cpk. First, the short-term capability is determined. For stable statements on process capability, a longer period is required. Here, changing conditions such as a batch change are taken into account.
Our capability analysis provides information on whether your manufacturing plant is operating at the required product quality and whether the manufacturing tools you are using meet all the requirements.
