To the point

Example display of a target/actual comparison or a false color comparison

The high time and cost savings make the target/actual comparison the most economical measurement method for the re-qualification of components and assemblies.

Using computer tomography or 3D scanning, meaningful data is digitized and recorded in just a few minutes. The subsequent evaluation of product quality and a clear false color display enable the precise identification and calculation of deviations. Employees can clearly identify discrepancies.

In addition, the comparison of different alignments of target and actual data sets provides valuable information on component correction and optimum alignment in the production process without the need for prior measurement and programming.
