To the point

Our measurement process controls the geometry deviations of your gear teeth. We can even measure what is hidden inside.

"Say goodbye to hidden gear discrepancies. With us, you'll be highly productive, manage with foresight and thus reduce your operating costs."

This is how it works

We use the high-precision computer tomograph as a measuring device: Our gear measurement is precise, contact-free and enables the evaluation of internal and external gears for all types of gears - whether straight, helical or conical. Within a few minutes, the measurement report with all geometric properties is generated. The analysis is performed holistically according to common standards and can include user-defined tolerances.

In practice

The inspection of gears has always been a complex field of expertise. In view of diverse gear geometries, automated gear measurements with the computer tomograph are a flexible and fast inspection tool. Especially if you want to view hidden surfaces.

Our dimensionally accurate measurements cover all external and internal gears and are suitable for different types of gears. This includes, for example, spur or helical teeth of cylindrical gears and spur teeth of bevel gears.

Our solution is ideal for fast measurements in regular production operations. Soft materials such as plastic gears are tested without damage.
