The risk of insufficient running smoothness, expensive failures, unnecessary wear and costly repairs to your gearing technology can be minimized at an early stage during development.

Our measurement experts use high-precision coordinate measuring technology and the special ZEISS GEAR software to measure external and internal gears with pinpoint accuracy.

Due to the wide variety of gear geometries, our method is ideal for different types of gearing. This includes spur and helical gears of cylindrical gears as well as spur gears of bevel gears.

We evaluate the high-precision gearing parameters in accordance with standards as dimensions and in graphical form. In addition, we support you in interpreting the measurement results and, on request, take individual tolerance specifications into account when preparing test reports.
