3D digitization of component

Services & Services

We digitize, test and analyze your components. To do this, we measure your test object using either a computer tomograph, optical 3D scanner, coordinate measuring machine or optical measuring system. Particularly in the case of computer tomography, the generated data serve us as the basis for holistic and non-destructive component analysis in a target/actual comparison, an actual/actual comparison or a blowhole and porosity analysis. In addition, we can also create 3D CAD models for you from the acquired data via reverse engineering and much more.

Industrial computed tomography

In all industrial sectors, the production time for new or adapted components is becoming shorter and shorter and manufacturers are increasingly under time pressure. However, quality control and function monitoring must not suffer as a result, especially when complex components are involved. Here, the inspection of internal structures is particularly challenging, as it is sometimes necessary to destroy the component in order to carry out a precise measurement.

Industrial computed tomography is indispensable in modern metrology. Thanks to this technology, components can be measured non-destructively and completely so that they can subsequently be analyzed and corrected if necessary.

We assess the quality of your production processes by measuring and analyzing manufactured products. We reliably and non-destructively inspect your components - using the latest automation technology.

Optical 3D Digitizing

With the help of optical 3D scanning, we can digitize component geometries. There are almost no limits to the size of the component. We are also happy to set up our measuring equipment on your premises to save time and transport costs.
