In short

Our tool correction data will help you get your tool to release in the shortest possible time.

"Thanks to our technology, you reduce faulty rejects and, on top of that, increase your productivity and effectiveness in the manufacturing process. You save time and money!"

By viewing the video, you agree that your data will be transmitted to YouTube and that you have read the privacy policy.

This is how it works

With computed tomography, we record the component surface in its entirety. This is the basis for the upcoming tool correction. In this way, we can provide you with exact correction data for the reworking of the tools. The exact data also allows tool corrections to be carried out faster and more accurately.

In practice

Our competence at a glance

Services

  • High-resolution digitization of the component with the finest level of detail
  • Color-coded visualization of all deviations, optionally in 2D or 3D
  • Creation of the correction geometry for the tool
  • Creation of a digital reset pattern in STL data format

Advantages

  • Make corrections quickly and accurately
  • Ensuring quality requirements
  • Time saving compared to tactile test and measurement methods
  • Precise recording of all component geometries, which can be retrieved at any time
  • Minimization of tool costs
