Accreditation

Q-Tech-Roding is one of the few measurement and testing laboratories in Germany to be accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS) in accordance with DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 for both tactile 3D measurement technology and CT measurements. With this assessment, we prove that we carry out all our activities with professional competence. In doing so, we fulfill both legal and normative requirements.

The accreditation certificate confirms the following competencies of our testing laboratory:

Measurement of prismatic workpieces with 3D coordinate measuring systems (KMS) with rotary tables and tactile sensors
Determination of dimensional and shape deviations of industrially manufactured products using computer tomography (CT)
Determination of 3D target/actual deviations of industrially manufactured products using CAD data or reference data with the aid of CT and corresponding evaluation software
Carrying out analyses in the field of blowhole testing on workpieces using CT

DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 is the highest laboratory certification. As a measurement and testing laboratory, we attach great importance to this certificate, as it allows us to impartially confirm the outstanding quality of our test procedures and environment.
