We use computer tomography to record the entire surface of the component. This allows us to easily display and determine any deviations from the target geometry in 2D or 3D. This enables us to provide you with precise correction data for the revision of tools. The exact data also means that tool corrections can be carried out more quickly and accurately.

The 3D target/actual comparison shows deviations of a component from the CAD model. We use a clear false color representation for this. This enables us to make statements about the conformity of the components within a very short time.

In the 3D actual/actual comparison, it is possible to directly compare components from different production batches.

If there are foreign materials, cavities or inclusions in your components, these can be detected using computer tomography without damaging or even destroying the component. We can prepare the results in different ways. The usual options are sectional views, transparent 3D representations or a classic report. In the latter, we list the exact number, size and position of blowholes, inclusions or foreign materials.
