"Our measurement experts increase product quality and take the pressure off your quality assurance."

To the point

Undesirable blowholes and porosities often occur in components, particularly during the injection molding of plastic parts, metal die casting and the processing of other malleable materials.

Our measurement experts use state-of-the-art blowhole and porosity analyses to determine the number, size and position of cavities. In addition, porosity measurements and the visualization of possible weak points are carried out. This provides you with valuable information about the quality of your cast parts.

We visualize the high-precision measurement results with the help of clear 2D sectional images or 3D point clouds. The evaluation and assessment of the measurement data is based on the standard norms P202 or P203. On request, we can also take your individual standard specifications into account.
