This is how it works

Precision in measurement and scanning results thanks to modern computed tomography: Because fast and economically relevant decisions can only be made on the basis of razor-sharp diagrams. Your workpiece is completely recorded in just one scan using modern computed tomography. Representation and evaluation are carried out using clear 2D sectional images or 3D point clouds. As a result, each form of representation provides revealing information and precisely lists the number, size and position of blowholes, inclusions or foreign materials.

A common test method for plastics, aluminum and other materials. No matter which manufacturing process your components to be tested originate from: From die casting, injection molding and permanent mold casting to vacuum, centrifugal or continuous casting - castings from any process can be inspected with our defect analysis.
