In short

We enable the digitizing of initial samples of any kind, even in assembled condition. We document the quality of your sample part in a meaningful initial sample inspection report, regardless of the process used to produce the sample.

"With our initial sample inspection report, we take the burden off your quality department, deliver robust results, and help get your project to the finish line."

This is how it works

Modern computed tomography offers the unique possibility to record the quality of your initial sample completely and non-destructively on the inside and outside. In the shortest possible time, complex geometries of your sample are fully measured to 100%. Your individual tolerance information is of course taken into account. We clearly visualize the high-precision measurement results in a meaningful initial sample inspection report.

In practice

You want to see practical examples of the initial sample inspection report or have questions about it? Then contact us, we will be happy to support you!
