Q-Tech has an extensive portfolio in the field of 3D coordinate measuring technology. What is new now is the addition of the ZEISS PRISMO verity measuring machine. After delivery on 17 January 2022, the new, high-precision coordinate measuring machine has been in use with us since 04 February 2022.
With this acquisition, Q-Tech is once again at the cutting edge of technology - the latest hardware, the latest software and compatible with the latest sensor technology. Most important for Q-Tech and therefore decisive for this acquisition is on the one hand the relatively large clamping or measuring range with very high accuracy and on the other hand the unique multi-sensor capability, so that not only probing measurement is still possible - Q-Tech has the sensors LineScan, DotScan and ZAS.
Another highlight of this precise coordinate measuring machine is that a higher traverse speed is also possible. In addition, the ZEISS PRISMO verity impresses with improved form measurement values and an integrated rotary table for gear measurements, for example.
